How we count: bookings your guests enter themselves cost you no time at all. Phone and email bookings you still enter, but in roughly a third of the time. Invoices appear automatically; we still allow one minute to look at them. For the year we count a season from March to the end of October; the subscription we count for all twelve months. A working day is eight hours. Calculated with the beta price on monthly billing — a yearly commitment leaves you more. For occupancy we assume three nights per booking. The plan price is net, with the total including VAT below it.

What operators ask us first.

What does CampsiteHero cost after the beta?

The list price of your plan. Until the end of 2027 you pay 25 % less, with a yearly commitment 50 % less. From 2028 the list price applies — no migration, no new contract.

Do I get fewer features in the smallest plan?

No. Every plan does everything — from the occupancy plan through invoices to the 20 languages. Support is the same for everyone too. Only the number of pitches decides what you pay.

What if my site has more than 500 pitches?

Then we talk in person. Above 500 pitches we put together an offer that fits your site — including running several sites in one account.

Can I bring my existing bookings across?

Yes. We import bookings and pitches from Excel, CSV or your current software together with you. Beta sites get personal help with it.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany. Every site has its own database. Invoices are archived to German record-keeping rules, backups run hourly.

Do I need new hardware?

No. CampsiteHero runs in the browser — on the reception PC, on a tablet and on your phone during the round.

What happens to my website?

It stays. You get your own booking page to link or embed. Guests book there in their own language, availability is always current.

How long does the beta run?

Until the end of 2027, so across the entire 2027 season. If the beta ends earlier, your beta price still holds until the end of 2027. After that CampsiteHero launches regularly.
